Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence efficiently
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain office calendars, and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain office supplies, implement organization systems, and guarantee a clutter-free workspace
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
