We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AgSolutions Representative to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing business relationships with top growers.
This is a contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading chemical company and contribute to the success of our Agricultural Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, retailers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a technical background in an agricultural-related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis.
