We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Solutions Representative to join our team in Regina, SK.

As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving accelerated sales growth of our innovative products to assigned growers. You will develop and maintain strong business relationships with top growers, work effectively with retail partners, and manage relationships within the channel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, applications, and territory needs.
  • Drive 'hunting' efforts to grow future business in the Agricultural segment.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close new opportunities for our products.
  • Provide market intelligence to our Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with a degree or 4 years' experience with a diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for making a positive difference in the agriculture industry.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis.
