About the Role

We are seeking an Agricultural Solutions Representative to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving accelerated sales growth of BASF's new innovations to assigned growers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with top growers, working effectively with retail partners and managing relationships within the channel.
  • Prospect for new business to expand the customer base.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close new opportunities for our products.
  • Provide market intelligence to BASF's Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with a degree or 4 years' experience with a diploma in sales or a technical background within an agricultural-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for making a positive difference in the agriculture industry.
  • Technical proficiency, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis.
