We are a Michelin Guide fine dining establishment specializing in modern Italian cuisine made from scratch.

Our restaurant offers an exquisite culinary experience with specialized cocktails, all-season outdoor dining, and private dining options.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking Sous Chefs who specialize in pasta preparation to join our back-of-the-house team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain health and safety guidelines, as well as quality control standards, in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $19-21 per hour, plus tips.
