Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Paratha 2 Pasta. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods that meet our high standards.

In this role, you will inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained. You will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as order supplies and equipment as needed.

Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment is crucial to the success of this position. You will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff to join our team.

A typical day in this role may involve working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work more hours during peak periods. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
