Restaurant Manager

At Original Joe's Whitecourt, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory and Requisitions: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy environment, standing for extended periods, and walking frequently.
