Restaurant Manager

At Original Joe's Whitecourt, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, including budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
Our restaurant is a noisy and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
