Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of property claims, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the extent of damage or loss.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely and fair manner.
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to minimize losses and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and customer service, to ensure seamless claim resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in claims handling.
Requirements:
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in property claims adjusting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
