About the Role:

Xpera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Field Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims in a timely and efficient manner, while also identifying business development opportunities and maximizing their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjust claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims adjusting
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
