Job Summary:

Xpera is seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjust claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Market and follow-up on business development opportunities
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of claims, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Effective analytical and communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced numerical calculations
  • Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
  • Advanced communication skills, including interpersonal, oral, and written skills
  • Relationship building and leadership skills
