- Platform Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
- On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
- Education: University degree or College diploma in the field of computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education.
- IT Support Experience: A minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience working in a technology/systems department.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge in various software and systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configmgr), Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOS.
- Cloud Administration: Experience administering in an Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
- Scripting and Automation: Fluent in creating and scripting complex multi-line tasks using PowerShell.
- Networking and Virtualization: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications: Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
