- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our services.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, and quick learner.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Youth: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
