About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at KWC Fabricated Products Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Set in sleeves, pockets, collars, and other garment pieces with precision and attention to detail
  • Use sewing guides and tension devices to achieve consistent results
  • Work with a variety of materials, including canvas, cotton, knits, and leather
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial sewing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to sit for extended periods
  • Fluency in English language
