Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Set in sleeves, pockets, collars, and other garment pieces with precision and attention to detail
- Use sewing guides and tension devices to achieve consistent results
- Work with a variety of materials, including canvas, cotton, knits, and leather
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial sewing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to sit for extended periods
- Fluency in English language
- Permanent employment with a reputable company
- 40 hours per week, regular working hours
