Key Tasks:

  • Greet and check-in guests, respond to requests, and settle accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including cash handling and balancing a float
  • Serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Previous front desk experience is required, previous customer service experience is an asset
