Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of bakery staff, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
