Bakery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for leading the bakery department and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold in the bakery department.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery department.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service and store environments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or bakery environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
