About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of bakery staff, assigning duties and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our bakery, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our bakery and increase sales.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our bakery.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service and store environments, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our bakery.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of our sales departments, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.
