As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of bakery staff, including assigning duties and responsibilities, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Product Development: Determine the types of products to be sold, including baked goods, and develop plans for their production and distribution.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the profitability of our bakery.
- Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our bakery, including inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and a permanent work term.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
