Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of bakery staff, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to drive sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our bakery products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, evaluate customer service, and plan training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
