About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the print and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Ensure the preparation of sales and orders is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and negotiate sales contracts that meet the needs of both the company and the client.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Facilitate sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide Input on Product Design: Collaborate with the product design team to develop goods or services that meet client needs.
  • Resolve Product and Service Issues: Effectively resolve any product or service-related problems that may arise.
  • Advertise and Promote Products: Develop and implement strategies to advertise and promote products, sales, or services.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Estimate Installation and Maintenance Costs: Provide accurate estimates of the costs associated with installing and maintaining equipment or services.
