Job Title: Automotive Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. in Milton, Ontario. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will provide support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on the use of our DMS.
  • Provide excellent support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are being met or exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, and share knowledge with the DTO team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
