Job Title: Automotive Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers on our DMS software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and address any questions or concerns our customers may have.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our DMS software and provide training and support accordingly.
  • Work closely with our product development team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on our software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
