The Opportunity

We are revolutionizing the automotive industry by providing innovative software solutions to dealerships. PBS Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team.

The Role

As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our DMS software platform. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our DMS software
  • Train customers on software features and functionality
  • Complete payroll module training if applicable
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Respond to training requests in a timely manner
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Commit to ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in parts or service
  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
