Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Manager to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the provisioning of high-quality technology, application, and peripheral support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Technology Refresh Program (TRP) and Asset Acquisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of technology solutions.
  • Oversee the Managed Print Services (MPS) relationship, ensuring value for money and optimal service delivery.
  • Recruit, allocate, and supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure effective team management.
  • Develop and implement Digital Health Business Continuity Services, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Manage and maintain negotiated vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal service delivery.
  • Participate in internal and external committees, representing T-Net British Columbia as a decision-maker.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding status updates and logistics.
  • Accountable for project priorities, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Maintain accurate asset and software inventory information, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders, provincial contract integrators, and other contracted service providers.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Ensure a healthy and safe work environment, in accordance with T-Net British Columbia's Occupational Health & Safety Program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Seven years of experience managing medium- to large-scale complex projects.
  • Or an equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education.
  • IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or related designations and healthcare experience are assets.
  • Previous contract/supplier management experience at an enterprise level.
Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated success as a project manager or coordinator.
  • Detailed knowledge of Acquisition processes and tools.
  • Intermediate to expert-level system implementation skills.
  • Proven ability to track, coordinate, and integrate external issues.
  • Excellent presentation, interviewing, facilitating, and negotiating skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
