About the Role

Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Lead to support the adoption of electronic health record use and related technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive software and system adoption assessments and plans for new technologies and related processes.
  • Provide consultation to and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in the design, delivery, and assist manager with developing budgets for training programs, workshops, and resources to facilitate smooth adoption of technology.
  • Lead and participate in committee meetings with multi Business Partner groups to optimize and sustain electronic healthcare system standardization and functional changes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, consultation, and education to staff using effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with IH Communications team on any outgoing organization-wide communication and communication to external partners.
  • Collaborate with IH Change Management team on standards, processes, and industry trends in the area of effective systems and software adoption.
  • Measure and monitor technology adoption progress, gather feedback, and recommend necessary adjustments to optimize adoption rates.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital adoption, electronic health record implementation, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and develop mitigation strategies for potential challenges.
