Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support technology upgrade initiatives within the Digital Transformation team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Kelowna, with flexible work location options within BC.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and organize workflow to ensure efficient project delivery
- Collect and analyze relevant information to inform project decisions
- Provide input on systems testing strategies and evaluate testing outcomes
- Design and create correspondence, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for project authorization
- Assist with the development and implementation of Digital Transformation technologies and activities across Interior Health
- Support the retrieval, analysis, and presentation of strategic information to inform operational decision-making
- Provide assistance for the efficient and effective use of approved physical, financial, and human resources
- Support the goals and strategic direction of Interior Health
- Proven experience in project coordination and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
