Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Office of the Dean and the Office of the Executive Officer at York University. The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative support to senior-level administrators, manage calendars, and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Dean, Executive Officer, Associate Deans, and Schulich Leadership team
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence
Provide reception and clerical support for the general operation of the Office of the Dean and Office of the Executive Officer
Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
Coordinate program and event planning, including logistics and communication
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:
2 years of recent experience in an administrative role, including calendar management and front-line support
Experience dealing with corporate, business, and government entities
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
Intermediate MS Office skills
