Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the specific needs of each group.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and accommodations.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Will train, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
  • Permanent position, with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
