Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signal Systems Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring quality targets and reproducible performances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff the team, follow-up project strategy definition and task execution, delivering as per QCD commitments.
  • Identify, generalise and stabilise best practices.
  • Lead continuous team improvement, plan trainings and coach the team, nurture skill growth and capitalisation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects. Master's degree desirable.
  • English, full proficient use.
  • P. Eng Certification desirable.
  • Engineering and processes background.
  • Experience in project execution and management.
  • Hands-on experience in Signalling Systems Engineering.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
