Signalling Systems Engineering Group Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signalling Systems Engineering Group Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality projects and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reproducibility of our work, while also identifying and stabilizing best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality projects and solutions.
- Develop and maintain the team's competences and expertise in Railway Signalling Systems Engineering.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide support and guidance to the team in project execution and management.
- Promote Alstom values and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement department guidelines and strategies.
- Manage the team's workload and capacity, ensuring adequate resources are allocated to meet project needs.
- Estimate and validate activities quotations for tenders and projects.
- Collect and share knowledge and best practices within the team and department.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree desirable.
- English language proficiency, with full proficiency in use.
- P. Eng Certification desirable.
- Engineering and processes background, with experience in project execution and management.
- Hands-on experience in Signalling Systems Engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
