Restaurant Operations Manager

Carisma Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
