Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Partner to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000 based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to identify sales and referral opportunities.
  • Demonstrate technology skills to deliver memorable client experiences and drive sales.
  • Resolve client banking problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
Requirements
  • A demonstrated passion for putting clients first, with success in hands-on sales environments.
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients.
  • Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
  • Ability to work all business hours and flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
