Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Regular Exercise: Help clients engage in physical activities that promote well-being and mobility.
- Perform Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Prepare and Serve Nutritious Meals: Plan and prepare healthy meals that cater to clients' dietary needs.
- Provide Companionship: Engage in conversations, play games, or watch movies together to combat loneliness.
- Provide Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
- Organized: Maintain a tidy workspace and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Reliability: Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
