About the Role:

At GameDay Men's Health Midtown Toronto, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to men seeking health support, conducting assessments, patient education, and administering treatments that contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct initial patient assessments and gather health history.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress and medical information, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on men's health issues.
- Foster a caring and supportive environment for patients to discuss their health concerns.

**Qualifications:**
- Current and active license with the provincial College of Nurses.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in men's health or primary care, is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
