About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at MindJeweller Immigration Services Inc. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information and documents within the legal department
    • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports and correspondence
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external partners
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with QuickBooks and MS Access
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Collaborate with a team to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
