About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Solution SFT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and innovation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating strategic partnerships between business and technology stakeholders. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, process analysis expertise, and a solid understanding of business process redesign concepts.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business and technology, leveraging your research skills to inform decisions and deliver results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals;
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct research to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate with data analysts to perform quantitative analyses and confirm identified issues;
  • Prioritize pain points and present opportunities for improvement;
  • Work with different areas of expertise to define future-state process flows and ensure designs align with business needs;
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed requirements for development teams;
  • Define and deliver use cases, solution requirements, and acceptance criteria;
  • Prepare user-acceptance testing and ensure stakeholders understand the proposed solutions and their impacts;
  • Apply best practices in methodology and analysis when conducting research and process mapping;
  • Participate actively in dynamic projects and contribute to the growth of the Business Analysis Practice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
  • At least five years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
  • Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills;
  • Proven experience in agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE);
  • Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and product development (Azure DevOps, Jira);
  • Ability to understand, collaborate, and communicate effectively with other teams and project stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in English required.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
