Enterprise Salesforce Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at CB Canada. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Senior SFDC Architect in a mid to large-sized organization, driving digital transformation and leading full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical ownership of all strategic aspects of Client's Salesforce CRM, driving digital transformation using the Salesforce platform.
- Architecture Design: Work with external consulting firms and lead Client Salesforce developers to design & implement end-to-end architecture for Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Customer Community.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners, at all levels, to build out the CRM strategy and roadmap in Client's complex enterprise Salesforce environment, continually delivering business value, ensuring scalability of the solutions, and improving the end-user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, ensuring artifacts related to important support processes and system configuration are kept up to date.
- Process Improvement: Initiate and spearhead process improvement opportunities.
- Escalations: Handle escalations for feature development to production, administration support of Salesforce environment, tier-2 support to IT Support Staff, and occasional after-hours support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Senior SFDC Architect in a mid to large-sized organization (end client or consulting firm) with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation.
- Experience with several full life-cycle Salesforce implementations, including Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Salesforce Community.
- 5+ Salesforce Development experience (Apex and Visual Force).
- Hands-on experience in Apex classes, Asynchronous Apex, controllers, Triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL and SOSL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apex Callouts, Unit test classes, Salesforce Security model, Lightning components, Einstein, and Middleware Product.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or the equivalent number of years of experience.
- Experience with different deployment techniques as changesets, ants, and Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval Processes, and changesets.
- Certifications - Administration, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Application & System Domain Architect, Certified Technical Architect.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location:Fully Remote, PST Working hours.
