We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our families and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide information to clients and the public.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, maintain records, and perform data entry.
- Communication: Relay messages, arrange teleconferences, and provide directory assistance.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain work records, logs, and files, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Electronic scheduler, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Other Benefits: Free parking available, and a permanent work term with 35 to 40 hours per week.
