Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our families, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or service areas, providing clear and concise information as needed.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as required.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform data entry tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
