Senior Sales Director

Calian Group Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President, Sales to lead our global sales efforts for Advanced Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the engineering, technology, and/or advanced solutions sectors.
- 5 years of experience running a multi-account, pan-regional sales organization with a revenue growth of $100M+.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in developing and executing sales strategies, leading and growing sales teams, and meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and develop well-informed revenue-generating strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
