Company Overview:

Xpera is seeking a skilled Field Adjuster to join our team. As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while maximizing business development opportunities. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
  • A university degree or post-secondary education related to insurance is required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in claims adjusting is necessary.
  • An Adjuster's license or current pursuit of the CIP designation is required.
  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • An ongoing commitment to education and learning is essential.
  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics, are necessary.
  • A good investigative manner and ability to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them are required.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature and perform advanced numerical calculations, including analysis of comparative information.
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle and a full driver's license with a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
  • Advanced communication skills, including effective written and oral skills, are required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
  • A proactive and positive approach to customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.
