About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that our team members are meeting their full potential.
  • Scheduling: Set staff work schedules to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we are getting the best possible value for our business.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we are providing the highest level of customer service.
