Company Overview:

Xpera is a leading provider of insurance claims services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Field Adjuster to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Field Adjuster will be responsible for adjusting claims in a timely and efficient manner, while also identifying business development opportunities and maximizing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims to determine liability and extent of damage
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve claim handling and business development skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • University degree or post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
