Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Expert to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Savings and Retirement Department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Develop Business Cases: Create comprehensive business cases to support project proposals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage Project Scope: Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and strategic solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and HP ALM/Quality Center.
  • Business Analyst Certification: Certified Business Analyst (CBA) or equivalent certification.
