Job Title: Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

Dawson International Truck Centres is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing trucks for purchase, repossession, and trade-in opportunities, and recommending purchase price and terms to the Regional New Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
  • Assess trucks for purchase, repossession, and trade-in opportunities, and recommend purchase price and terms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
  • Meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial truck business terminology, product, technology, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent sales skills, preferably with experience in medium and heavy-duty truck sales
  • Valid Driver's license (Class 3 preferred with air, or willing to get)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb in and out of commercial transport vehicles
  • Interest in new technology, especially electric vehicles
