Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President & CEO of Mirabella Development Corporation, ensuring seamless office operations and confidentiality in communications. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the President & CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications and interactions.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
