About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Danube Overseas. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintain inventory, and order office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Danube Overseas, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
