About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Travel Advisor to join our team at Direct Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide expert travel advice and planning services to clients, including itinerary creation, booking, and travel arrangements
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, both in-person and over the phone
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
