About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our team at Direct Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners to negotiate the best possible rates and services for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the latest and greatest travel options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and exceptional customer service
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies and processes to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends and developments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
